I LOVE your chai page. It's great. I have a request. When I saw your page, the sounds of an Indian railway came to me. Whenever a train rolls in all the chai venders cry out CHAI!, CHAI!, CHAI!... How about a .WAV file of the wailing chai guys. I know that if you are not in India this may be next to impossible, but then again this is the internet. Anyway, I just can't get over the page, it's great, and I'm going to make chai this weekend.
