The Republic of Tea" (a tea distributor based in Novato, California) sells a Chai blend they call "Republic Chai." In is quite good (in my humble opinion) and shoudl be availiable throughout the US, but may be a bit hard to find. For a free catalog or to find a store near you, call 1-800-298-4TEA. (I think...)
