I'd read about chai last fall (an homage, but no recipe) and really wanted to try it, but didn't get the chance until this morning. I stopped by a local bookstore/cafe and found they are serving Oregon Chai. It was so great! I just knew I'd love it and I did! They fixed it like a steamer, using the espresso machine to heat the milk.Then I went to sit by the window and watched the cold rain fall. *sigh* Now I'm on my own chai hunt. I'm going to try some of the recipes I found on this great page! Thank you!
